To cancel: open Account Settings, find your plan under Plans & billing, and click Cancel plan. You won't be charged again, and you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. Card subscriptions can be un-canceled with Keep my plan until that date.
To switch plans: in Account Settings → Plans & billing, click Change plan and pick the plan and billing you want. Before you confirm, it shows when the change happens and anything charged today.
- Moving up (card): you switch right away and pay the difference for the rest of your current period.
- Moving down (card): your current plan keeps working until your renewal date, then switches. Nothing is charged today, and Stay on [plan] undoes it until then.
- PayPal: any change starts at your next renewal, after you approve it on PayPal.
To update your card: email [email protected] or ask in Discord and we'll do it for you.
