It checks two things when it opens:
- "Get on the air" — your account doesn't have broadcast access yet. You need a broadcast channel, or a role on a channel's team.
- Waiting for an overlay — your channel hasn't published an overlay yet. Saving isn't enough; click Publish in the overlay editor. Commentators need their producer or channel owner to publish.
