Until the beta ends on December 1, 2026, every account is treated as Streamer Plus, so all Streamer widgets are open. Plans follow the channel owner's plan. Without a plan that covers them, those widgets stay in your saved layout but don't show in OBS; they come back as soon as a plan is active again.
