Can OBS run on a different computer from iRacing?

Yes. Run the Broadcaster on the iRacing PC, and your overlay links work on any other machine — they pick up the race through GridCast's cloud relay automatically.

To run the Broadcaster itself on a different PC from iRacing, use GridCast Sim Link:

1. On the sim PC, open Sim Link and click Turn on. It shows an address and a pairing key.
2. In the Broadcaster, go to the GridCast menu → Keybinds & integrations → Where iRacing runs → Another PC (Sim Link).
3. Paste the address and key, then click Connect.

Both PCs need to be on the same network. The pairing key changes each time Sim Link is turned off and on.
