Open your event's admin page (Manage event on the event page) and go to the Sponsors tab. It works like a league's Sponsors tab: Add a sponsor to upload their logo or a WebM/MP4 bumper with a name, website, broadcast placement, time on screen and broadcast notes, or Attach a brand that's already on GridCast. Type the sponsor's Ad read word for word, too.
An event's sponsors belong to that event only. Your organization's other events don't get them. They show on the overlays during the event's races and in its stream descriptions once the broadcaster approves them. The owner or sponsor staff of a channel carrying the event approve them on the same tab. Commentators see every approved event sponsor, with its ad read, at the top of the AD Read window in the GridCast Broadcaster.
