Almost always, your account isn't linked to your iRacing customer ID. That link connects you to your results, standings, and profile.
Sign in with Continue with iRacing, or use Link my iRacing account in Account Settings. If it says the ID is already linked elsewhere, ask in Discord and we'll merge the records.
If your account is linked but one race is missing, that race may not have been imported yet — check with your league admin.
